Our company wishes to expand regionally even in the short term. For this reason, we have established our partner companies, Electool Slovakia and Romania and, in the next step, we would like to create similar Electool companies or branches in Croatia and Bulgaria.

Our goal is on one hand to serve Hungarian and regional investors of these countries and we aim to participate in corporate efficiency improvement after they take over their acquisition targets and to implement efficient and clean tenders supported by online auctions. On the other hand, we would like to introduce electronic purchasing tools used in developed markets on a daily basis in these countries and secure a market leading position in this service field for our company. In order to contribute to the achievement of our goals, our purchasing systems run on several languages including several Eastern European languages.
We have targeted the Czech Republic as the other direction of expansion. In our opinion, the merging of these Central European markets and the centralisation of administration tasks will be accelerated by the accession in the European Community.
In the field of purchasing, multinational companies present here have started to aggregate purchasing volumes and negotiate regional (European) frame agreements.
This process will affect more and more procured products and services in the future and not only regional suppliers will be selected on a group basis but products will also be consolidated (more restricted and standardised product range, bigger volumes and more favourable conditions). Frame agreements negotiated centrally, using online auctions will be uploaded in a central private catalogue and individual (European) countries of the region will obtain access to these catalogues and may retrieve orders. This means development of practically private regional market places.
Our goal is to lead efficiency improvement measures and centralisation of this character and serve these companies with our knowledge and technology, independently of the area of which newly accessed countries the system will be developed and operated. At the same time, we feel that certain countries have a temporary advantage in this field as they have the know-how and proven technology available and the costs of salaries are relatively at a low level compared to professional competence.
Development and operation of regional private market places may be based on these secure foundations. Electool encourages its existing business partners to adopt this approach and begin projects that cross country borders as soon as possible.
