A major Hungarian manufacturing company in the domestic market wanted to optimize its sourcing capacities. They wanted to implement a simple and user-friendly online procurement system to be used by the entire group for a whole range of strategic and operative sourcing activities. The main criteria were a system to communicate with various modules of the existing ERP system, support requisition-to-payments and monitor functions within a single workflow.


Our online procurement system fully met these expectations and we were able to start customization, installation and deployment of system modules. The implementation timeframe was only a month. Thanks to the competence and experience of our experts and the positive attitude of our client, this deadline was met. Only a few company-specific settings were implemented. All requested features were already available and thus, no major programming was needed. 

The client wanted to carry out an online tender prior to deployment of the system and this had to be allowed. We managed to transfer all settings, templates and data to the client’s system and ensured no information was lost. We also provided user training to the client’s employees during the joint implementation and deployment of the system. 


    The project was completed successfully - efficient and effective cooperation ensured implementation within a single month. Since then, the entire group has been using the system for various strategic and operational sourcing activities as was planned.
