Not every product is suitable for an auction . According to leading research companies, only about 20% of all products are auctionable. Whereas over 50% of all products are suitable for request-for-quotations procedures. With this in mind, we analyze your product range to determine which option is the most feasible for your product.
Template Creation
Since we develop all applications in-house we offer unmatched flexibility. According to your specific requirements we will customize and/or develop RFQ templates and documents which can be easily used on the platform.
Auction Management
Throughout the entire auction process our customers are supervised and cared for by our customer care team . The customer will be supplied with an in depth introduction into the Electool trading platform, after which a customer will be able to call and evaluate all relevant auction data.
All invited suppliers participating at an auction will be informed on the specifics of the auction and also trained in the usage of our platform. During such a training the participant will be given the chance to participate at a test auction, which exactly mirrors the parameters of the upcoming live auction. Through
this it is guaranteed that the participants will be fully aware of the system and be able to perform accordingly in during the live auction.
Whilst the actual live auction takes place our customer care team is at the participants disposal for any queries and able to quickly respond for the unlikely case of any occurring problems.
On-site support
Before entering any client relationship a Market Manager will meet you at your company . In cooperation with the client we will identify products suitable for auction and discuss possible procurement procedures for your company. We offer this service to buyers and sellers alike.
Support Hotline
The Customer Care Center ensures that our clients are supported throughout the auction process. Our Customer Care staff constantly monitors the auctions. The Auction Event Manager intervenes immediately if a participant should make an incorrect entry or if unforeseen events should interfere with the auction process.
Auction Analysis
During the auction preparation, the Auction Event Manager analyses the market situation. Statistics are prepared. A selection of bidders takes place. Delivery capacities are analyzed. Delivery dates are checked to see that they are feasible. And general market trends are identified and assessed.
The specifications for the invitation to tender are controlled in cooperation with the Market Manager, The Auction Event Manager gathers feedback from the suppliers in order to include recommendations for optimizing the request-far-quotation documents.
Legal Support
Prior to an auction, Electootl enters into two contractual relationships : one with the initiator, the other with the bidders. The terms and conditions of utilizing the Electool trading platform apply to both contractual relationships. Electool online auctions are not auctions in the strict legal sense of the term, since the initiator is not obliged to award a contract. The contract award is no more than a declaration of intent. The contract for the goods or services being traded is agreed on between the initiator and the participants afterwards . The same conditions apply to invitations to tender using the RFQ tool.
