Electronic signature in HelloSign software

The Electool Group performs the process of signature and authentication of all mutually accepted documents in HelloSign.

Please be informed that as of 2nd of April 2020 Electool Group companies will perform the process of signature and authentication of all mutually created and accepted documents (contracts, certificates of completion, purchase orders, NDAs and other documents) with the aid of HelloSign electronic signature software (hereinafter the 'HelloSign').      

HelloSign is fully compliant with the requirements of the European Union eIDAS regulation (EU Regulation 910/2014), the U.S. Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000 (ESIGN), and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) regarding electronic signatures and transmissions,  thus making the eSignatures quick, easy and legally binding.

How to sign a document with HelloSign?

  1. When your signature is required on a document, you will receive a notification e-mail from Electool Group, in the name of Ms. Anett Jancsó. The e-mail will arrive from the following email address. noreply@mail.hellosign.com Please add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to your e-mail contacts so the e-mails won't be directed to spam or bounced out.  

  2. As a security feature, the e-mail contains a unique token which has been assigned specifically to you. Please do not forward HelloSign e-mails to anyone.

  3. You do not need a HelloSign account in order to access the document or complete a signature request. Just click on the link you received in the e-mail and complete the document with the requested data. A box will indicate where your signature is required. If other actions are required (i.e. initials or checkbox), you will be prompted with the appropriate action and a box.

  4. HelloSign supports several types of signatures. Choose the one that fits you best since they are equivalent in terms of legality.


What happens after the signature? 

  1. You’ll be prompted, once you’ve completed all of your action items, to click “Continue” in a blue box at the top right. On the next screen, you will have to confirm that you “Agree” to sign the document. If you agree to the terms, your portion of the document will be complete and you will be directed to a final page.

  2. Once you sign the document, the executed version will be e-mailed to you.

  3. Once all the authorized signatures have been collected, the system will send out a notification to all signatories including a detailed audit log, the list of signatories and how to access the final, non-editable, authorized document. Electool will also be notified and one of our colleagues will contact you if there is any further action to be taken.


How can I ask for a paper-based signature beside the document signed in HelloSign system? 

Electool applies the electronic signature process to sign all documents in its contractual relationships and Electool declares that it shall be bound by its e-signature created in HelloSign.
